Ender 3 - Direct Drive (bmg / clone, dual drive)

this is a compact direct drive mount for the well-known bmg (clone) extruder with a small stepper motor (17HS4023) on the left side. you can also use the stock stepper motor - but that puts too much unnecessary weight on the slide plate and print head. the small motor does not require any special tuning due to the reduction drive from the extruder.

update v2: optimized wall (thickness, position of holes) between stepper motor and extruder. added extra version with cutout for stock bltouch mount.
