USB ports shelf for camper or RV phone charging station

I needed a safe place in my camper to charge and store phone or other accessories.

I designed this box which can hold 4 USB charging ports and a global switch to poweroff everything and save battery when not used. I decided to integrate with a shelf to hold everything just near the table.

Box can be placed on the right side or on the left side of the shelf as needed.

I used aluminium L shape profile to keep stuff in place also during travel.

I covered corners and edges with printed parts to protect devices from aluminium borders.

For each shelf you need:

• The USB ports box (print body and cover).
• Two USB ports outlets (Amazon link below).
• ON/OFF Switches (Amazon link below).
• Piece of wood (you need 118mm large, 10mm thick. How long it's up to you).
• Glue (to keep aluminium and wood together).
• Black Plastic/Wood screws (Amazon link below).
• Body Cover Black Screws and Inserts (Amazon link below).
• Connectors (Amazon link below).
• Wires (please check needed size based on power and length).
• Fuse (some are included with outlets I used a dedicated fuse box).
