Description

Our old Airfloss broke so we opted to buy a new Cordless Power Flosser. They come with changeable tips.
Unfortunately there is no case and no holder for the nozzles.

The Airfloss had a nice Clip-On Gadget that fit over the old Charging-Ports.

We use an old UV-Sterilizer for our toothbrush-tips. The new Sonicare does not work with the old inductive charging port anymore so it was the perfect candidate to store all tips and nozzles.

This is a custom design and went through a couple of iterations to make sure the fitment is working and the door for the sterilizer can still open.

The holder can stand on it's own and is not dependent on the peg in the bottom.

Instructions:

  • Print the Nozzle-Holder with fine details. Mine was printed with 0.2mm Height and 0.4mm Width. This resulted in clean sides and proper fitment on the bottom Peg.
  • Print Insert Rings 4x in the color of your choice. Walls are 0.4mm thick so this should be your max width. Otherwise the nozzles might not fit properly and get stuck.
  • Optionally, color code the slots according to your family needs.
  • Use the tiniest drop on the flat edge in the Nozzle-Holder to glue the rings in place.
  • Let everything dry and place it on the UV-Sterilizer or where needed.

Important note: You must print the Insert-Rings - otherwise the nozzles will not fit and rotate freely and wobble about.
