Pico 4 bobo battery mount

Rear shell to house bobo VR battery bank (can be used by usb connection)

To fit Pico 4 VR headset.

Designed for use with self adhesive felt fabric on the wings that contact rear strap, £2 sample from eBay is more than enough.

Magnets used are strong n52 9mm diameter x 3mm thick.

This design still allows ample room for tightening the headstrap, fit with care:

Top part contacting first at angle and pull down being careful of the thin connection on bottom of shell to guide over the adjuster dial.

While this design is only using the bottom of the magnetic attachment on battery bank, they are more than enough to hold battery in place, the design is open for remix should you wish to make the rear upright for remaining two magnet attachments.

Be aware of magnet direction before you glue in place! Depending on orientation and speed you print you may need a slight clean up to magnet holes.

Printed with CHEPS extra fast profile sliced in cura, 0.4 nozzle, 0.28 layer height, in picture I printed so it was U shape but this leaves support marks on the face, could probably angle the print and use tree supports to make nicer.
