Deutschlandkarte - Puzzle - alle Bundesländer / Map of Germany - all federal states

Die Deutschlandkarte setzt sich zusammen aus 16 Teilen, je eines für jedes Bundesland.
Die einzelnen Teile passen perfekt ineinander. So könnt ihr die Karte als Puzzle, zu Lernzwecken oder einfach als Wandschmuck verwenden.
Nebenbei: Wer glaubt, das sei ein simples Puzzle, der sollte es durchaus mal ausprobieren. Ich war überrascht, wie lange ich selbst dazu benötigt habe. In jedem Fall werde ich meine Freunde bei der nächsten Party damit konfrontieren. Sollen die sich doch gerne mal blamieren. :-)

Die Größe der zusammengesetzten Deutschlandkarte ist ca. 25 x 34 cm (Breite x Höhe). 
Ihr könnt alle Teile im Slicer mit 127% skalieren. Das Resultat ist dann eine Karte von ca. 32 x 43 cm. Das ist wirklich groß! Die max. Skalierung ergibt sich bei Verwendung des Prusa Mini+ (18 x 18 cm) aufgrund des größten Einzelteils (BL BY Bayern.stl). Mit größeren Druckern ergeben sich natürlich andere Werte.
Eine Skalierung unter 100% kann ich nicht empfehlen. Kleine Bundesländer (z.B. Bremen) werden dann womöglich nicht mehr in die Karte passen.
Wenn ihr skaliert, dann verwendet den gleichen Faktor bei allen Teilen, auch bei den Hauptstadt-Pins und dem optionalen Rahmen.

Ich habe fünf Sets mit diversen Bundesländern bereitgestellt. So könnt ihr alle Bundesländer in wenigen Durchläufen drucken und müsst nicht - wie beim Drucken aller einzelnen Teile - ständig wegen Farbwechseln nach dem Drucker schauen.
Dazu ein weiteres Set mit 16 Hauptstadt-Pins.

Falls ihr die Karte als Wandschmuck verwenden möchtet, dann druckt die Rahmenteile aus. Die Teile der Bundesländer könnt ihr darauf einfach befestigen und die Deutschlandkarte als Gesamtkunstwerk aufhängen.

Tipp: Wenn ihr bestimmte Lokationen auf der Karte visualisieren möchtet - z.B. euren Wohnort -, dann verwendet dazu Nadeln mit bunten Köpfen. Erhitzt die Spitze mit einem Feuerzeug und steckt sie dann sofort an der passenden Stelle in die Karte.

DRUCKINFORMATIONEN

Alle Teile habe ich mit folgenden Einstellungen gedruckt:
Schichthöhe: 0,20 mm
Infill: Gyroid 10%
Support: nein
Rand: nur bei den Hauptstadt-Pins
Konturen: 2

Ich empfehle, die Teile der Bundesländer mit Farbwechseln zu drucken und Farben zu verwenden, die einen deutlichen Kontrast bilden. Zumindest die Umrisse am oberen Rand. Die Grenzen der Bundesländer werden dadurch sehr deutlich hervorgehoben.
Die Farbwechsel, die ihr in meinen Bildern seht (Extrudr PLA Neon Orange und Schwarz), liegen bei 1,40 und 6,60 mm.
Bei meinen Einstellungen erfolgt der erste Farbwechsel bei knapp 20% der Gesamtdruckdauer. Der zweite bei ca. 95%. Ihr könnt euch also einen Timer stellen.

Falls ihr die Rahmenteile drucken möchtet, dann verwendet die Hauptfarbe, die ihr bei den Teilen der Bundesländer verwendet (in meinem Fall Schwarz). Dann ist der Rahmen nach Zusammenstecken kaum sichtbar.

The map of Germany is composed of 16 parts, one for each federal state.
The individual pieces fit together perfectly. You can use the map as a puzzle, for learning purposes or simply as a wall decoration.
By the way: If you think this is a simple puzzle, you should definitely give it a try. I was surprised how long it took me to do it myself. In any case, I will confront my friends with it at the next party. Let them embarrass themselves. :-)

The size of the assembled map of Germany is approx. 25 x 34 cm (width x height). 
You can scale all parts in the slicer with 127%. The result is a map of about 32 x 43 cm. That is really big! The max. scaling results when using the Prusa Mini+ (18 x 18 cm) because of the largest single part (BL BY Bayern.stl). With larger printers, of course, other values result.
I cannot recommend scaling below 100%. Small states (e.g. Bremen) might not fit into the map.
If you scale, use the same factor for all parts, including the capital pins and the optional frame.

I have provided five sets with various federal states. This way you can print all the states in a few passes and don't have to constantly check the printer for colour changes, as you do when printing all the individual parts.
There is also another set with 16 capital city pins.

If you want to use the map as a wall decoration, print out the frame parts. You can simply attach the parts of the federal states to them and hang up the map of Germany as a complete work of art.

Tip: If you want to visualise certain locations on the map - e.g. your place of residence - use pins with coloured heads. Heat the tip with a lighter and then immediately insert it into the map at the appropriate place.

PRINTING INFORMATION

I printed all parts with the following settings:
Layer height: 0,20 mm
Infill: Gyroid 10%
Support: no
Brim: only for the capital pins
Perimeters: 2

I recommend printing the parts of the federal states with colour changes and using colours that contrast clearly. At least the outlines at the top edge. This makes the borders of the federal states stand out very clearly.
The colour changes you see in my pictures (Extrudr PLA Neon Orange and Black) are at 1.40 and 6.60 mm.
With my settings, the first colour change occurs at just under 20% of the total printing time. The second at about 95%. So you can set a timer.

If you want to print the frame parts, use the main colour you used for the state parts (in my case black). Then the frame is hardly visible when you put it together.
