Vacuum hose attachment for Makita routers, for CNC machines

This a simple vacuum hose attachment for Makita routers. I made it for Foxalien Masuter Pro, but will be good for any CNC machines that accepts commercial routers on their tool head.

Especially, it is parametrically designed in Fusion 360 so that you can change most features of the design. It isn't bullet proof, though, and it may break depending on the parameters used.

Print files are for my configuration, Makita on Foxalien Masuter Pro.

Some of the most important parameters:

• router_d: router's diameter (for example, Makita = 65mm; Dewalt = 89)
• pipe_od: pipe outer diameter, i.e, hose's inner dia.
• nozzle_h & _d: defines nozzle shape in relation to pipe diameter
• collar_height: collar's height
• tool_tip_dist: nozzle's target distance below the collet.
