Description
Needed this to drill dowel rod holes to join two piece of plywood.
It's a 3" spacing between holes. I used the dowel and jig to drill my holes all the way down. Just make sure you keep the drill level otherwise it starts to walk and isn't exactly centered. Luckily though the dowels are slightly flexible and can adjust for a little bit of un-eveness.
The holes are near exact on my printer and I had to pre-drill the holes in the guide with a 1/4" bit first.
Board slot was created for a 23/32" plywood sheet.

Notes:
I didn't use supports. I printed with the arch ends on the bed and board slot up. It bridges alright. I used a 10% infill and 2 outter lines because I wasn't concerned about the appearance.
Dowels are printed horizontal so the layer lines are horizontal and not vertical to help with strength and help against sheering forces.License:
