I created the Fallout 4 HoloTape a while ago but never printed nor released it. This HoloTape is an exact replica of the game and the dimensions are based on the Fallout 4 - Pip-Boy 3000 MK. IV Replica 

Recently Bethesda Announced Fallout 76 which uses the exact same HoloTape "I Think"... Well TheWandCompany announced a Pip-Boy 2000 MK. VI Full Scale Replica and has the same looking HoloTape as Fallout 4 BUT! The HoloTape they made is not the same as In-Game, I contacted TheWandCompany about their not-accurate HoloTape, and said they keep me updated after E3 but I haven't heard from them anymore because it's probably already in mass-production.

So here you have one which have the same exact ingame dimensions and porportions.
