Ender style endcap and dampening feet

I was using an older model of dampening feet that fit into the extruded aluminum frame of my ender 3, but they would slide up and down the frame. This model builds them into the endplate to keep them at the corners for better vibration dampening.

This should be printed in flexible material and will friction fit into the aluminum due to the 0.2mm tolerances used.
