Gun barrel safety plug for prop guns

I made the .44 Magnum revolver and people thought it was real.

BuildersMark suggested this and it made sense 

So I jumped on it right away.

This is what I came up with and it should work for most prop guns with a hole in the barrel.

No supports needed

I put a black wash on one side for the picture. Will probably do the other side too.
