Description
I don't know about you but I have a bunch of these cheap pressed in bit extenders lying around and every time I should get up and use a proper bit driver I just shove the bit in the extender and try to use it as a screwdriver…so now I can justify being lazy because with this handle the extender finally IS a proper tool :)
If you want us compare our bit extenders, the round part of mine is 9.85mm in diameter. The inside diameter of the handle is 10, so it is a tight fit. Should be fine cause I am sure your printer is tuned up “real well and proper” ;)
I am adding V2 which is longer, the bit extender is more sunken in and has a lip in front for improved comfort, in the photos it's the GREEN version and STL has V2 in it's name. The first print attempt failed for me around 90% in, because it's pretty tall and the bed contact surface is still pretty small, so I'd suggest to slow down the print a bit, at least towards the end.
Ps: I suggest printing it in manly manly pink like me, it has nothing do with the fact that this filament was already loaded in the printer. I have uuuge rolls of camo filament lying around….
