Embroidary Hoop - Kids Name Ornament

This small embroidery frame is sized to make a small decorative ornament for a Christmas tree or other keepsake.  It consists of an inner loop nested inside an outer loop, but both are printed together at the same time. The hoops  are tapered at the mating surface to cause them to self center on each other as the screw is tightened.  The fasteners are designed around an M3 square nut and M3 x 20mm cap screw.

All of the pictures shown are printed with PETG using a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.20mm layer heights with 2 perimeters. Print with the M3 nut pocket facing up to get the best surface finish on the presentation side.
