Description
I have tried over 20 different audio solutions for the Quest 2, this is by far the best to date. It uses the same exact speakers the Valve Index uses below you will find the parts list. I didn't do right and left versions as you can just mirror it in whatever slicer you're using. I also included all the clamps I made to hold the headphone and Link cables neatly in place.

I put a little CA on the threads that came out the other side of the nut to prevent the bolt from backing out. I cannibalized a cord from some cheap Koss KPH7s, I cut the right channel (red) to 47cm, the left channel (green) to 30cm, and put a shrinkable wire cover at 10cm so it wouldn't separate further, all measurements are from the end of the connector.
I recently found a nice thick cord that might also work, I modified so it should fit, though I haven't built one yet.
