Land Cruiser FJ80 Front Speaker Adapter

This is front speaker adapter is made to both provide magnet space, and convert the size from 4.5" to 6".  I used this to mount dayton reference 6" midbass drivers into the front door of my 91 FJ80 LandCruiser.

The inner mount provides a flat surface to accept the outer mount.  The inner mount uses (4) M3x12 screws to expand the anchors.  The outer mount attaches to the inner mount through the door panel (drilling required) using (4) M3x20 screws.  The Dayton Reference speaker then attaches to the outer mount using (6) M4x8 screws.  The grill attaches to the speaker via friction fit.

When assembles everything works well, and the speaker clears the dash when the door is closed.

Prints without supports.  I did prototyping in PLA, but I plan to reprint in ASA once I confirm everything is working well.

I attached my Fusion 360 file, but I am a complete beginner.. so it may be a disaster to anyone who knows how to actually use the software.
