Polymaker, Overture and Duramic Cardboard Spool Adapter

Instructional video is included in the download files. Remove as much of the glue in the first stage of the process. This will make sliding the adapter into the cardboard core easier. Make sure not to jolt or shake the bare filament or you will have to respool. Peel off the sides slowly.

Let me know if the model doesn't fit your spool. It takes no time to adjust the diameter of the core and upload.

Print Recommendation - Some user's have asked my print settings/recommendation.
This is a +-30min print per core when I print on my P1P with these settings.
  Filament - Polymaker Draft PLA
       * Use specific filament to match drying temps of the spooled filament. 
  Nozzle - 0.4
  Layer - 0.28
  Infill - 5%
  Walls - 2

Updated: 05-09-2023 - Made the ID .2mm larger. I had some users state that it was a little tight. New ID is 81.8mm

Updated: 01-01-2023 - Updated the core to accommodate the printed spools from Bambu Labs. This core will also work for the factory spools. 

IMPORTANT: Document your spool Batch Number and SKU before discarding the sides. You will need this for warranty replacement with Polymaker. 

Polymaker will not warranty filament unwinds.
