Description

New life for an old book. Motion sensor light activated at night. USB charger.

Green LED preferred.

Take a book at least 25mm thick. Cut out a triangle for the electronics. Bandsaw works best. For thicker books use the 3D print part with a rim.

Add a photoresistor to the sensor and shortconnect the diode on the Vcc input in order to increase the incoming voltage. Remove the 1k2 SMD resistor on the charger board and replace it with 5.1k to 10k. Connect any lithium battery.

The sensor is using extremely few uAmps, monthly charging is usually sufficient.

HC-SR501, TP4056, 2N7002 or any Mosfet with low Vgs, LED, resistors, battery.

This object was made in Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/l7rc8eJDzlI
