Got the idea of designing custom buttons for jackets and went absurd.

File is set at 50mm width from horn edge to horn edge, resize accordingly.

Thread hole is horizontal.

I suggest at least 1mm thick walls at most 1.3mm

Post-Printing

I would definitely suggest some sanding and applying some kind of weather proofing. Possibly an epoxy with uv protector if your filament is not weather strong.
