This model is those who run a larger printer where the included bowden tube may not be long enough (and too large of a diameter), or just would like to directly attach their dryer feed to their extruder. (This prevents filament from snagging and under-extruding.)

Print with TPU 95A. Have the nozzle end face the bed, as shown in the picture.
