"Owl Statue Facing Left" did not seem to want to be manipulated by OpenSCAD.
The Support Overhang Angle should be 54 degrees or higher (more horizontal) of an angle to avoid support material on the inside of the container. A Support Overhang Angle of 60 degrees might stop most of the support material generation for the head. You will still have some support material for the horizontal ceiling under the head. For the body, it is probably best to have the support material start on the bed if you use any and if you do not there might not be too many spots that fail. Using a ceiling with a Z gap of
Probably the best infill is a tree infill touching the bed only. That would avoid infill inside the container part of the body and keep it all of the log. I have not personally tried a ceiling with tree infill so I do not know how well that would work.
