TAC-01 Y Axis Linear Rail Carriage Mounts for Light Weight Carraige Ender 3 Style Printers 4040 or 2040

Mounts 2 MGN12H linear rails on an ender 3 pro style printer. Works great with 4040 or 2040 extrusion and a modular carriage.

Compatibility:

Tested with light weight modular carriage from befnybay. This shape carriage seems to be standard across several manufacturers. 

Used on 4040 and 2040 extrusion printers, that includes Ender 3's, Ender 3 Pro, Ender 3 v2, and Voxelab Aquila. 

Warning if using an Ender 3 (2040 y axis), use shorter screws to mount the carriage, long screws will damage the rail. I have not encountered this issue on the the 4040 y axis extrusion printers but be mindful there as well.

The carriage also comes with m4 lock nuts, and you should have some with your stock set up as well. You might have to find short enough m4 screws to match.

-Needs 2x MGN12H linear rails. 
350mm length for Voxelab Aquila 
300mm length for Ender 3
We need to double check the length and suggest that you measure first for the Ender3Pro and Ender3v2. 
You might need to adjust my endstop design for the Ender3v2. I have not fully tested the endstops for ender3 or ender 3 pro.

Printing and Install 

Both files of the mount sides are different, be mindful. 

One larger mount side is universal, the smaller mount side is specific to Ender 3's with 2040 extrusion vs everything else with 4040 extrusion (Ender3 Pro, Ender3 v2, Voxelab Aquila.)

Included is a rail mounting tool, print two. 

I included what I used for an endstop for my voxelab aquila. It needs m3 threaded heatset inserts. 

Working on ender 3 end stops next. You might have to fend for yourself on the Endstops until I am able to provide more endstop designs.
