Description
I decided to participate with this design taken directly from one of Escher's more unknown pieces: the Pegasus tesselation.
All Pegasus's are facing the same direction, so there is only actually one tile that needs to be printed over and over as many times as you want.
I designed the tile to be quite thick (they could be used as coasters if made out of a heat resistant plastic such as ABS), but cutting them is not a problem if they need to be slimmer, and around 6cm in size. The tolerance between tiles is of 0.2mm, so they can also be scaled according to your printer's accuracy.
I would love to see a multi colored make, as I do not have the possibility, however there are small details which are cut on the surface with a depth of 1,5mm, so a filament swap before the last layers would result in a cool multicolored print.
