A simple clip for that little bleed or adjustment key from the heating system that we all seem to misplace 😜

The clip provides a place for the key and simply clips onto a piece of pipe:

Customization

The STL provided here is for a attaching a 9-mm key to  a 16-mm pipe (floor heating, see photo above). You can easily adapt this to other diameters by modifying the FreeCAD source file.

There are only 2 parameters you need to adjust,  everything else is calculated automagically:

• IDclip (the inner diameter of the "clamp") 
• ODkey (the outer diameter of the tubular part of the key)

You could also modify the wall thickness, Thick - this is set to 2 mm.

Printing

I printed mine from some white PLA with 0.3 mm layer height and merely 5% infill.
