Cloths rail holder

Simple cloths rail holder for Ø10mm rods to mount onto cabinet tops.

The rod can be pushed back in case you don't need the cloths rail and disappers until you pull it out again. The 2 stopper parts at the ends of the rod limit the rod from falling out.

All holes for the rod have a Ø10.5mm diameter so that Ø10mm rods should fit well.

If needed add some super glue to the stopper parts to fix them in place.

I used a 250mm long Ø10mm rod and it works fine to hang some T-Shirts and other cloths with cloth hangers to it.

The 4 screw holes have a Ø6mm diameter and a 15x5mm reduction on the top to hide the 4 screw heads.

Printing instructions:

• 0.3 draft profile.
• Infill set to 50% in the base part to make it stronger.

NOTES: 

• Do not use too long rails to prevent the cabinet from tiping over!
• Secure your cabinet to its wall in case you want to hang more or heavy cloth on the rod!
• Use some good screws and take care to mount the holder onto solid cabinet tops only to avoid it from falling down with your cloths and damaging the cabinet.
