Description
I have a couple of assortment boxes, different sizes. One is a "series", which means some different box sizes fit. You can stack them, exchange dividers etc.
They come from different manufacturers, at least some manufacturers post their lable on it: Kreher, Navaris, Kendo, HDX, TaxcTix. All I know right now.
All have the same disadvantage: you cannot put nameplates or tags on the hinges. So I designed from original hinge and made four versions:
Blank hinge (for replacement parts)
Hinge with a plane insert 12x38mm, fitting Brother PT700 Label Printer stickers
Hinge with a plane insert 24x38mm, fitting Brother PT700 Label Printer stickers
Hinge with insert and dog holes consisting of three files:
4.1) Hinge base
4.2) Hinge plaque with recessed words
4.3) Text for plaque, fitting into hinge plaque for 2-color print
You may play with the plaque and text...

Resolution:
0.2mm (or your choice)

Filament: Doesn't matter PETG (or PLA, both work). Definitely your choice!
Notes:
Print the hinges upright position. Use some manual support at the openings of the hinge. I did this with Simplify 3D. You can also use the "SUPPO"-files, they have an integrated support there, which you can remove with a needle-nose piers or cutter or both. I preferred the support type with manual support (Simplify 3D).
