Description

This head is designed for a Dyson V6 trigger+ battery driven vacuum cleaner. For "nicer" areas we use the head with rotating brushs. But for more heavy dirty areas, e.g. my shopfloor (hobby room) I did not want to spoil the nice head with brush. So I designed my own head.

My Prusa did an excellent job. After several fails I eventually decided to print on raft. Prusa Slicer created a very nice gcode. Supports were really easy to remove. Air gaps underneath were filed a bit. The part came out nicely. I only had to grind a bit around the tube-insert which is received by the machine. The ring where a snapper snaps in had to be filed a little bit, just a few 10ths of a millimeter. Then I smoothly cleaned it and it fitted perfectly.
