Peugeot 307 repair kit for heating system

The passenger heating system of the Peugeot 307 break (known problem) and Peugeot made a repair kit for this.
This is not expensive, but as it was the week-end I decided to create mine ;-)

For the moment, it's working OK, but I know that I have small adjustments to do, so feel free to modify it !

Notes:

If you print it ABS, print several parts to let each layer cool down.
I built mine in PLA and it's ok

Post-Printing

You have to glue the washers like in the picture and find longer fixing screws.
All the rest is logical ;-)

How I Designed This

I took measures on the motor, download pictures of the original repair kit to understand the design and did my design with Fusion360.
1 prototype and some modifications after, it was functional.
