Manual EFD cartridge dispenser 5cc-55cc

Manual dispenser for 5cc, 10cc, 30cc, and 55cc Nordson EFD cartridges (the plungerless syringes that are used to dispense solder paste, flux, adhesives, thermal compound, etc.) This design uses a 3mm pitch buttress thread that can be easily printed even with a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.3mm layer height.

Use the 96mm screw and standard syringe holder for 5cc and 10cc cartridges, and use the 128mm screw and 30cc syringe holder for 30cc and 55cc cartridges.

Print in any rigid material with at least 1.6mm thick perimeters (4 perimeters w/ 0.4mm nozzle and 3 perimeters with 0.6mm nozzle) and 20% infill. Do not use supports. The nut must be printed with the side marked “THIS SIDE UP” facing up and assembled with that side facing the cartridge.
