This is another new version or remix of my glasses case https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5430254
I have simplified the design, the lock is less complicated, the hinge has been moved to the inside, so the whole thing looks much more elegant.
There are 2 versions: Standard and High.
The inside dimensions are the same for both, 50mm x 150mm,
the standard case is 27mm high inside, the high version 31mm.
The latch fits me so well that I only have to put it into the cut-out without gluing it extra.
Whether it also fits in your case depends on your printer. If not, you can minimally scale the thickness when slicing. Or glue it in place.
The hinge axis is again a piece of PLA filament with a diameter of 1.75mm. It should overhang by about 3mm on both sides. The overhang is then melted into a small bobble with a hot screwdriver or something similar, which is then pressed flat into the small depressions on the bottom part while it is still soft.
In contrast to my first version, I have again not made any inner parts out of TPU. I recommend to glue a thin soft material on the inside of the base and the lid. I glued a 4mm thick foam rubber to the bottom and padded the lid with a thin piece of felt.

I have not tested these parts but they should fit as they are identical to the other parts except for the height.

Ich habe das Design vereinfacht, der Verschluss ist weniger kompliziert, das Scharnier ist nach innen verlegt, damit wirkt das ganze deutlich eleganter.
Es gibt 2 Ausführungen: Standard und Hoch.
Die Innen-Abmessungen sind bei beiden gleich, jeweils 50mm x 150mm,
das Standard-Etui ist innen 27mm hoch, die hohe Ausführung 31mm.
Der Riegel passt bei mir so gut, dass ich ihn nur in den Ausschnitt stecken muss, ohne ihn noch extra zu verkleben.
Ob das bei euch auch so passt, hängt von eurem Drucker ab. Wenn nicht, könnt ihr ihn beim Slicen in der Dicke minimal skalieren. Oder eben einkleben.
Als Scharnierachse dient wieder ein Stück PLA-Filament mit 1,75mm Durchmesser. Das sollte auf beiden Seiten ca. 3mm überstehen. Der Überstand wird dann mit einem heißen Schraubenzieher oder ähnlichem zu einem kleinen Bobbel geschmolzen, der dann in noch weichem Zustand in die kleinen Vertiefungen am Unterteil flach gedrückt wird.
Im Gegensatz zu meiner ersten Version habe ich hier auch wieder keine Innenteile aus TPU erstellt. Ich empfehle, innen auf Boden und Deckel jeweils eine dünnes weiches Material aufzukleben. Ich habe auf den Boden ein 4mm starkes Moosgummi geklebt, den Deckel habe ich mit einem dünnen Stück Filz gepolstert.

Ich habe diese Teile nicht getestet, sollten aber passen, da sie bis auf die Höhe identisch sind mit den anderen Teilen.
