FingerTech Twist Hubs - Optimized for 3D Printing

This is a remix of FingerTech's Twist Hub design, which they sell in aluminum. It has been modified to easily print without supports and be strong enough made out of PLA.

This the for a 3mm D shaft and a 0.75" wide foam wheel. Uses the same tool as the original part 

The setscrew was moved back so it can be accessed without removing the foam wheel.

It is designed for an M3x5x4mm heat set insert for the set screw. You'll want to install it on the shaft before installing the insert. There are alternate versions with a 4mm and 2.8mm set screw hole for smaller inserts or an M3 setscrew directly into the plastic.

You might need to scale the parts up or down slightly depending on your printer and the material you use. The ideal is that the hub is tight on the shaft, but you can put it on by hand.
