mAx Team Bodywork Rear Upgrade for 3D SETS Model 14 (Max Team)-v3

Warning

Some print issues on some original files, I solve it by changing from 0% to 15% infill on the upgrade parts which have failed with 0% infill.

Definition

C1 is the bottom color, C2 the middle one and C3 the top one.

Printing

Is required the same printer size than 3D SETS has defined.

Use the same setting than 3D SETS for the same parts.

The bottom face should be on the bed for 1A_C1, 1A_C2, 2A_C1, 2A_C2, 3A_C1, 3A_C2, 4A_C1, 5A_C1, Sliding rails A & B, Sliding door C1, C2 & C3.

The top face should be on the bed for 1A_C3, 2A_C3, 3A_C3, 4A_C2 and 5A_C2.

No change for the roof, You have just to start the print of the Roof 3 part with C2 color and change color to C3 at 77.15mm

Build

Support should be remove for Sliding door C1 (3 supports), Sliding door C2 (2 supports), Sliding door C3 (2 supports), 1A_C2 (1 support), Sliding rail B (1 support); support is not required for Sliding rail A.

The build required extra screws to assemble C1, C2 and C3 parts :

1A  : 2 M2x6 middle of the inside side; 1 M2x10 front of the bottom side (a drilling at  1.5mm is required for 1A_C2).

2A : 4 M2x6 middle and front of the inside side.

3A : 2 M2x6 middle of the inside side.

Sliding door  : 2 M2x6 middle of the rear side; replace the bottom screw 1 M2x8 which is used to screw the botom of the lock part by a1 M2x12.

For v2 use a M3x8, instead of an M3x6 for the rearmost screw for the Panel_5A_Top_C1_v2 and Panel_4A_Top_C1_v2

Remark

The 2 bugs (holes) in the Sliding door C3 have been fixed in the file.

The assembly will be better when all the parts will be assembly each other.

v3/v20230414 MMU version, as requested yesterday by @UBMarc_643852; so it is not valided by a print of the files. The screws are not required to assemble the different color parts
