Description
This is a connector I designed to splice two 4mm OD/2mm ID PTFE tubes. It's meant to be mounted on a 2020 extrusion, but can be put on a flat surface, as well.
The channel for PTFE tubing between the connectors' ends is only 6mm deep. To make sure your PTFE tubes meet within the channel, screw in one connector and thread in some PTFE until you can tell it's made it into the channel. Then screw in the second connector.
2021-2-12: I added a new file that takes a bulkhead union coupler that only needs one connector. They can be hard to find, so there's an Amazon link below. Beduan sometimes sells five packs, too.
Because of the width of the coupler, this can't be mounted across a pair of 2020 extrusions or a 2040 extrusion, but it can be mounted sideways.

Notes:
Print as the STL is, so that it's standing up. I recommend three perimeters, as well.
