Description
My take on the 5015 fan blower mount that uses a small angle and better clearance vs dual/tri horn designs out there. This is also not a remix; I designed new horns from scratch and also the mounting system. Included with this build are also two versions of the horns, one with a strip LED holder and one without. I printed mine with clear PETG to hold the LED, and the whole set of horns lights up like a ring light. This also includes a G-sensor mount that comes with the Creality Sonic Pad.
Check the photos for print orientation. You can do this without supports, but you might find the horns print better with them.
You'll need a bunch of M3 screws of various sizes from 8mm to 12mm with two M3 nuts. A M3*24 is needed for the fan or a zip tie will also work. You may want to lightly sand the bottoms where the horns and the mount meet to ensure a tight seal (@Cosmin for the great tip)
Print horns in PETG; mount can be done in PLA.
