As per the prop site that documented these parts:
A collection of three metal pieces of Alien currency featured in the Star Trek: Voyager episode “Random Thoughts”. Captain Catherine Janeway, actress Kate Mulgrew can be seen paying for an item with these “Mari Renn” in the beginning of the episode.
