Tapered glove (and shoe!) dryer (remix)

I used Blender to taper Ryan's existing model from the top to the base so that two or more will stack to save storage space.  Could have made the taper greater to have a deeper stacking but this is a good compromise.

The .3mf file has two dryers arranged so that they can be printed as separate parts - just need to adjust the z-height interference in PrusaSlicer.

I also upped the number of perimeters to 4 to remove the infill from the vertical sections - this halves the print time! (with minimal material usage impact)
