Description
Do NOT print these covers from ABS or PLA or other hard plastics that can break. If a prong breaks, it can get stuck in the outlet. You want something that can flex rather than break. I would think that TPU plastics with enough shore hardness will be appropriate. Also, Nylon is described as being strong and semiflexible, but I have no experience with it. Remember that you can vary the infill to vary the flexibility of the printed model.
Also, to be Captain Obvious: avoid filaments that may conduct electricity.
