Risers:  Risers are used for parallel twin mortises, one above the other.  Once the lower mortise is adjusted for mortise height and length, risers automatically position the router for the upper mortises.  They elevate Router Braces by attachment beneath.  Risers heights are one-half inch (12mm), three-quarters of an inch (19mm) or a full inch (25mm).  Respectively they are used with one-quarter-, three-eighths-, and one-half-inch bits.  There are six .stl files, three for each height at each of the two router-brace lengths.  Their heights were determined as half the bit diameter to get to the upper edge of the lower mortise; added to the bit diameter to provide “meat” between mortises; and another half diameter to reach the centre of the upper mortise.  Their use is illustrated near the end of this YouTube video:

Alignment Pins:  Three alignment pins can help align the router to pencil marks on the workpiece.  Their ends correspond to diameters, ¼-, 3/8-, and ½-inch of three common straight bits for trim routers.  Half of each end is cut away offering a face helpful in centre (height) adjustment.

Frame Spacer:  Shown as the orange item in the cover photo of Horizontal Mortiser – Tool, the frame spacer may be inserted into the frame when there is too much space between the adjustment bolt and the router brace.

Quarter-Twenty Driver:   You won't need this if you have an SAE 7/16ths nut driver, but this item will spare you the expense of buying one (or a full set if you can't get one alone).
