I have a Prusa MINI (18x18cm printing bed), I have a Galaxy Tab A8, and I wanted to mount the tablet on the wall for a HomeAssistant (kiosk) control panel. So I did this frame which can be print also on PrusaMINI 3D printer.
Some key details:
thin
allows hiding the charging cable (I am using one like in the attached photo)
Can be assembled and disassembled without damaging it
Speakers, microphones, camera and power button are accessible through dedicated holes
Printing suggestions:
PETG (is less brittle)
min. 0.2mm quality
base_left, base_right:
I used 3 Vertical Shell Perimeters, but not necessary needed
I used 25% infill, but not neccessarry needed
If needed, reduce Skirt distance from object on Prusa MINI
cover_left, cover_right:
Supports, style=Snug and “First Layer Expanssion” reduced to 0.5mm on prusa MINI to have space on the bed
No skirt on PrusaMINI (0 mm) bacause of no space
I used 3 perimeters and 25% infill, but not necessary needed
cover_top, cover_bottom
can be printed together
I used 4 perimeters only above the flat area, for the small connecting parts, but not necessary needed, I just wanted to avoid braking those connecting parts
