Gameboy Advance SP Case

This model is a remix of a model by guigro (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5014738). I used this model for inspiration, but rebuilt the model from scratch as it was easier for me than editing their files. Outside of adding the magnetic closure, other features that I added include a larger diameter hinge pin, tightened tolerances around the hinge so that the hinge is less rattley/loose, and a relief cut to aid in opening the case.

This case features a magnetic closure that uses 6 magnets (5mm diameter x ≤5mm length). My 5mm diameter magnets were a friction fit (actual measured size 4.5mm diameter x 4.5 mm length), but a smaller diameter magnet could be glued in with CA glue. The hole could also be widened slightly with the appropriate sized drill bit. 

It is a print in place design that requires no supports. I printed this from Jessie PETG with PrusaSlicer Quality defaults at 0.2mm layer height. The print orientation is that the interior of the case faces up, and outside surface of the case is flat against the build plate.
