Heckflügel für DT-03 / rear wing for DT-03

Passend für das Tamiya DT-03 Chassis. Dazu gehören: Neo Fighter Buggy und Racing Fighter Buggy. Ein robuster Heckflügel, der so aufgebaut ist, dass bei Beschädigung Einzelteile ausgetauscht werden können anstatt den ganzen Heckflügel tauschen zu müssen. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil ist, dass für den ganzen Druck keine Stützstruktur benötigt wird.

Benötigtes Material:

• 12X M3 Gewindeeinsätze (ruthex)

• 12X M3x10 Senkkopfschrauben

EN Description:

Fitting for the Tamiya DT-03 chassis. These include: Neo Fighter Buggy and Racing Fighter Buggy. A robust rear wing that is build in such a way that if it is damaged, individual parts can be replaced instead of replacing the whole rear wing. Another great benefit is that there is no support structure needed for the entire print.

Required material:

• 12X M3 threaded inserts (ruthex)

• 12X M3x10 countersunk screws

Druckeinstellungen/print settings:

Düse/Nozzel: 0.4mm/0.6mm, Schichthöhe/layer height: 0.25mm

obere und unterer Schichten/top and bottom layers: 3 layers

Wandlinien/parameters: 3 Walls

Füllung/infill: 100%

Stützstruktur/supports: keine/none

Material: PETG, TPU, Nylon, PCTG, ASA

Hinweis/Note: 

Die Druckdateien “DT03 rear wing part 3” und  “DT03 rear wing connector” müssen einmal normal und einmal gespiegelt ausgedruckt weden !

The print files "DT03 rear wing part 3" and "DT03 rear wing connector" must be printed one time normally and one time mirrored!

Bauanleitung/building instructions:

1.

Verbaue alle Gewindeeinsätze. 

Put in all thread inserts.

2.

Verbinde “rear wing part 1” mit 2X “rear wing connector”. 

Connect “rear wing part 1” with 2X “rear wing connector”.

3.

Verbaue “rear wing part 2”.

Put on “rear wing part 2”.

4.

Verbaue 2X “rear wing part 3”. 

Put on 2X “rear wing part 3”.

5.

Den fertigen Heckflügel am Fahrzeug anbringen. 

Attach the finished rear wing to the vehicle.
