Description
I like Greek mythology and thought, if Atlas can carry the world on his shoulders, he can do the same with my glasses. 3D printing and the Nomad software on the iPad makes it possible. Not without the wonderful model from https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-the-farnese-atlas-at-the-museo-archeologico-nazionale-naples-14090, of course.
You need support when printing.
I printed it with PLA at 0.12 layer height and 3 perimeters. It took about 6 hours with an CR10s pro V2.
I have not made the model unrecognisable, even though it shows nudity, but it is freely available museum cultural property. The Farnese Atlas. The sculpture is at the National Archaeological Museum of Naples, in Italy.
If anyone has any problems with this, please contact me or simply don't look.
