Pi camera lens focus adjust tool with case adaptation

The official case for the raspberry pi with a camera hole has a protruding ring around the lens. It's not by much, but it's enough to make the original of this model unusable on a fitted camera.

This version has a ring let into the underside so you can use it in place.
