Remix of this model https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3058136 which was designed by Sangallo_Designs.
Optimized the mouth, the surface that it is more smooth for big scale, added a split version for hat and head, cut the body, deleted the original glasses and added the model as seperate model if you want to ptint it.
The connetor is the body i removed, a 40mm cube. Scale it down to have the clearance you want. With 99,5% you will have 0,2mm all around.
Please help the brainy smurf with your glasses that he can see again!
