Description
This is a simple eyeglasses case that doubles as stand to go on your desk, bedside table or bathroom cabinet.
Build instructions
The case consists of the main housing and the cover. Simply print the two parts as orientated in the .3mf file attached, snap the cover to the case, and off you go. The recommended print settings are as follows (but may vary slightly due to your machine):
To assemble the cover to the housing, the hinge domes snap into their corresponding hinge holes on either side of the cover. MAKE SURE THE EMBOSSED FACE OF THE COVER FACES OUT AND AWAY FROM THE CASE AS SHOWN IN THE IMAGES FOR PROPER FUNCTION. IT CAN BE DIFFICULT TO SEPARATE THE PARTS ONCE ASSEMBLED.

Use instructions
The locking tab on the bottom face of the case locks the cover in the closed position. To unlock, press the locking tab downwards to open the case.
The vertical locking tab on the back of the case gently retains the cover in the fully open position when using the case as a stand. Gently squeeze the back face of the vertical locking tab against the cover in the fully open position to engage the tab in its corresponding slot in the cover. To unlock, simply force the cover back into the closed position and the tab will automatically release.
Tested to fit with most common eyeglasses shapes and sizes. It can also handle sunglasses!
Happy printing!
