I designed this to help with anyone looking for a printable spacer for your printer, mine didn't come with one out of the box like the manual said it should. I've designed this spacer to take up the exact amount of space required. The rods are 528mm long but they sink into the bottom plate holder 1mm until they meet the v-slot aluminum extrusions. Which means we need a 3mm spacer. The centering cone I've implemented to slot into and rest on the inside of the top v-slot groove for some extra support where the rod will be pressed up against to hopefully help with part warping.

I printed mine out of pla pro with 70% infill with supports enabled, however if you can you probably want to consider using a material with less creep such as PETG, PCTG, ABS or ASA instead.

Note: This can be tricky to install

Here's the method i use to install the spacers, this requires you to disassemble your bed (including the screws attaching the rods and lead screw to the metal plates) to install properly without risking of bending your rods/ lead screw

First slide the bottom plate with the stepper attached up the rods around 6 inches, until you can maneuver the rods into the center of the 2020 aluminum extrusions. Do not force it, the rods should be able to easily rotate around and move into place, if it needs a lot of force something is binding. If the bottom motor mount doesn't go through the plate smoothly you could try filing or sanding away some of the powder coat from the holes to make it easier:

Then slide the rods until they line up with the top and bottom holes, after they are aligned slide the stepper mounting plate back down to the bottom of the printer. If you have issues keeping the rods straight you can put the screws into the rods at the top.

At this point you need to make sure your shaft coupling is securely attached to the stepper shaft and we can install the lead screw.

Insert the screw into the coupling and screw it in place

Next you should start screwing things in, the stepper mount, the bearings, nuts, and ensure the screws on the shafts are screwed in from the top and bottom. You can refer to the tronxy x5sa manual for these things if needed.

I would recommend not attaching the top of lead screw bearing mount at the top of the printer frame as it can introduce issues if you have a bent lead screw like my printer does.
