gMax 1.5 XT E3d Hotend BLTouch Bracket

I designed this BLTouch bracket to work around my new E3D hotend upgrade. The previous one was more in line with the center of the nozzle, while this one had to work around the hotend fan along with the fan shroud for the cooling fan.
