Handle for REVOPOINT POP & POP2 3D scanner (Trigger, Original Powerbank and another geometry)

This is a design of a handle for REVOPOINT POP & POP 2 3D scanner.

The handle has space for a mobile phone and the original powerbank included in the Premium Kit. This handle converts the scanner in an autonomous set to scan more comfortably.

Ergonomic details and scanner inclinations have been extracted from my own investigatión, medical information about ergonomy and some projects from some repositories on internet.

Attached you have STLs for two ways of printing. The first one and what I have used is to print left and right parts separately and, after that, join them with six steel rods and two components glue. The seond one is to print all the body and, after that, insert trigger and actuator fixing them using two steel rods introduced in the holes that the full body STL has.

After both assemblies, the trigger and the actuator must be joined by a steel rod that can be obtained from a paper clip and a spring must be installed between the actuator and the coupling provided on the body to favor recoil, as you can see in the pictures.

The hole provided in the actuator is for a M3x12 hexagonal head screw that can be precisely adjusted to correctly press the play button when the trigger is pulled.

I have used 6 inox steel rods with 4mm diameter and 22mm long and two components glue to join both two parts of the main body.

I have used two rods with the same specs to articulate trigger and actuator.
