Flip - Print in Place Business-Card and Membership-Card box

The Flip

This is the time of cards and every wallet bursts under the amout of banking cards, membership cards, ID-cards and so on. It is now more and more time to get rid of this mess and store all these cards at home since we can more and more use our phone for banking and identification. To make it easier to store all those cards the Flip will help you find the right cards in case you need them. With its dividers you can decide yourself if you want the cards as a bulk or sorted by name. you could also sort them by purpose or color, it is up to you.

Print the Flip

The Flip is designed to be printed in place. No assembly needed. You have to make sure that all models with the divider are sliced correctly. There are little supports that have to be broken loose once the print is finished. Best way to do this is do put a little bit of pressure on the inside of the bottom to brake the divider supports loose. After that wiggle the dividers and they should come loose quite easily.
For those of you with multi material capabilities go ahead and try it out (and do not forget to share the result ;-)). For reference i renderd some two colored samples.

Files

All Files are Printable on the Prusa Mini or any other printer with a 180x180mm printing surface. The files were Created using Solid Edge Community 2023. If you have any issues using them let me know.
