Idler pulley holder

I bought these grooved bearings https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/32898810169.html primarily to be used in my 3D printer enclosure to feed and stabilize the filament from the roll, but then used it from my work shack to the garden whenever i needed some pulley system....

How I Designed This

first model was very simple, just the base and the sides,

soon after i noticed that there was a chance for the filement to slip between casing and idler pulley, so i added a somewhat enlarged base to stop this, and then i needed to be able to customize the thickness of the cable that was used by the pulley system making it necessary to change the free room/height of the pulley wheel to accommodate also the height of the cable...
