E3D Titan Extruder w/ 4mm Inductive Sensor Mount

E3D Titan Extruder mount that has both a spot for a fan and an inductive sensor mount. This is designed for the orange tip inductive sensor (LJ12A3-4-Z/AX DC 6-36V NPN NC 4mm Inductive Proximity Sensor Switch).
