Businesscard Case book-shape

Model description:

• Businesscard Case designed for 85x55mm Cards.
• Outer Dimensions: 95 x 74 x 13mm
• Lid hinge is part of the printed models, no additional screws or pins needed.

• Can be optionally equipped with round Magnets (d2 x 1mm) to retain the lid in closed position

Print instruction:

Nothing special.

The model shown here is printed with Prusament PETG Chalky Blue on a textured PEI with 15% infill.

I printed it with 0.1 layer height due to the round shapes.

Building instruction:

Mounting the Lid:

Align the lid to the case as shown:

slide the hinge-ball of the lid into the hinge-dent of the case:

push the lid gently down, until the hinge-ball of the other side snaps in the dent:

Mounting Magnets (Optional):

Lid and case has aligned holes for round magnets with d2 x 1mm:

The magnets will be pressed into the holes.

Use pliers or a vice to press them in until the top surfaces of the magnets are aligned with the top surface of the lid resp. the case.

Take care of the correct orientation of the magnets.
